The third annual firefighter/police CrossFit Challenge is returning to Kirkland on Saturday, July 31 at Northwest University Sports Field, starting at 9 a.m.

Active and professional firefighters, police and military personnel in Washington will be competing in the event, which benefits the Northwest Burn Foundation.

For those interested in competing the event is $35 to register to compete in the individual, strongman, team event or all three. The event is free to spectators.
