The Lake Washington High School volleyball team overcame a lull against Bellevue to win 3-2 on Thursday in Kirkland.

The Kangs came out strong, defeating the Wolverines during the first game, 24-23, but then lost momentum with a 25-16 game-two defeat and a 25-13 game-three loss. But Lake Washington came back to win game four, 25-20, to force a tiebreaker and won 15-9.
