Representatives Goodman, Stanford selected as chairs for Washington committees

The House Democratic Caucus approved the committee chairs and vice chairs for the upcoming legislative session on Dec. 10.

The House Democratic Caucus approved the committee chairs and vice chairs for the upcoming legislative session on Dec. 10.

Rep. Roger Goodman of Kirkland in the 45th District was selected to be chair of the Public Safety Committee, along with Rep. Tina Orwall of Des Moines. Goodman will also serve on the Judiciary and Environment Committees.

Bothell resident and 1st District Rep. Derek Stanford was selected as the vice-chair for the Capital Budget Committee, along with Rep. Hans Dunshee  of Snohomish.
