NCU outlasts Northwest University in five-set match | College women’s volleyball

Northwest University and Northwest Christian (Ore.) battled in a five set match for more than two hours with Northwest Christian, coming out on top 3-2 (25-23, 23-25, 18-25, 25-19, 16-14) for a Cascade Conference victory on Friday in the Morse Events Center.

Northwest University and Northwest Christian (Ore.) battled in a five set match for more than two hours with Northwest Christian, coming out on top 3-2 (25-23, 23-25, 18-25, 25-19, 16-14) for a Cascade Conference victory on Friday in the Morse Events Center.

Hannah Hanson led Northwest U (9-9, 2-5 CCC) with 15 kills and a .312 hitting average. Brooke Riddle would lead the Eagles with 25 kills and Leia Roy would score a match high with 32 defensive digs for the contest. Amanda Waterman added 11 kills, Morgan Pilon (Olympia, Wash.) had 18 assists and Olivia VanDlac contributed 16 digs.
