Missing Kirkland resident Maria White, 41, was found dead off I-90 in Kittitas County Wednesday.

The woman was reported missing on Tuesday and was found 20 miles east of Snoqualmie Pass just off Exit 74 on Wednesday. The body was discovered 100 feet from her car, which had been abandoned. Police found the woman’s body while investigating her abandoned car, which had the driver’s side door open.

Police said that there was no evidence of foul play, but the cause of death was still under investigation.
