Nahom Zaid had a foot in all three of the goals scored by the Juanita High School boys soccer team Friday night, as the Rebles crushed Bellevue, 3-0, in Kirkland.

Zaid got the Rebels on the board by taking a pass from teammate Riley O’Rourke during the ninth minute of play and putting the ball into the back of the net. But it would not be until the waning minutes of the game that Zaid would make another huge impact.

Zaid found teammate Tristan White for the team’s second goal of the game during the 74th minute and then scored his second goal of the game four minutes later off a pass from Rebel Alexi Pina.

Juanita goalkeeper Dominik Mayr earned the shutout.
