Juanita High graduate

earns WSU scholarship

Crystal V. Gaston will receive a $1,000 Marriott/Cody Rickert Memorial Scholarship for the 2008-2009 academic year at Washington State University.

Gaston, a 2005 Juanita High School graduate, volunteers for the Pullman Child Welfare food bank and was a government representative for her dorm.

She plans to graduate from WSU in May 2010 with a degree in hospitality business management. She is the daughter of Katherine and Dan Winder of Kirkland.
