I have been following Jason’s (ABCs “The Bachelor” star and Kirkland resident) search for the right woman to marry and bring home to Ty. There is never any real discussion on the show about him explaining to a child, so important to him that he is hoping to meet and marry a wonderful woman to share their lives. I mean, you can’t replace a child’s mother if there is still contact, but he has been gone so much that I often wonder what his son Ty really thinks about Dad’s travels.

I watch the Bachelor every Monday, however I actually fell asleep right after his New Zeland date with the first woman. His last two woman after the first just don’t show me the same that the first one does.

I sincerely hope that Jason keeps his options open because these quick relationship/television show’s sometimes backfire. Jason has proved to be a man first, a passionate and compassionate father second, and in my books a really sincere person. It’s unfortunate what happened with Deanna P. but honestly she just wasn’t the one for Jason. I feel the woman who is looking for a best friend is the one he should end up with.
