Ten Northwest University athletes named Cascade Collegiate Conference Scholars

A total of 182 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes in the spring sports of men's and women's golf, men's and women's track and field, baseball and softball have earned U.S. Bank Academic All-CCC honors for their performances in the classroom, the conference office announced.

A total of 182 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes in the spring sports of men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s track and field, baseball and softball have earned U.S. Bank Academic All-CCC honors for their performances in the classroom, the conference office announced. Ten Northwest University scholar athletes, nine in track and field and one in softball were earned spring sports academic honors.

Northwest University is located in Kirkland.

To earn recognition as a CCC scholar-athlete, a student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and sophomore standing.

Northwest University athletes earning honors: Kelsey Anderson, Corinne Burke, Jonathan Ferguson, Meagan Governor, Kaisa Hall, Jered Leslie, Ericka McDaniel, Kelli Peckham, Emily Sears and Sigrid Thoreson.
