Commuters should expect traffic delays due to the Pace Race event to be held on Sunday, Oct. 25. The following roads will be closed from 8:50 a.m. until the final athlete crosses the finish line at approximately 11 a.m.:
* Intersection of Market Street, Central Way, Lake Shore Plaza and Lake Ave. West (boat launch access will not be available during this time)
* Southbound Market Street from Waverly Way to Central Way
* Waverly Way from Market Street to 2nd Street West

* North and Southbound lanes of Lake Street from Central Way to Kirkland Ave.
* East and Westbound lanes of Kirkland Ave. from Lake Street to State Street.
* Southbound lane of State Street from Kirkland Ave. to NE 68th Street
* Westbound lane of NE 68th Street from State Street to Lakeview Drive
* Southbound lane of Lakeview Drive from NE 68th Street to Lake Washington Blvd.
* Northbound lane of Lake Washington Blvd. from Lakeview Drive to NE 60th Street
* Southbound lane of Lake Washington Blvd. from NE 60th Street to Lake Street S
