Juanita’s Frank Garber posted the team high during Wednesday’s final round of the 3A state tournament in Spokane. Garber finished in 10th place individually after a first day score of 71 and a day two of 74 for a total of 145. The winner, Eric Gravbrot, from West Valley, had a two day total of 137.
Teammate Michael Bell tied for 21st with a two day total of 150 strokes. Colton Kleis finished tied for 37th with 157.
As a team the Rebels finished in sixth place with 52 points. Seattle Prep won the event with a team score of 87.
In the girls competition Juanita’s Jessica Latousek finished the tournament tied for 31st place with a two day total of 186, while Lake Washington’s Elena Good had a 195 total.
