Over 100 local employees of Comcast and their families, friends and community partners volunteered to improve the Kirkland Watershed Park on Saturday, April 30, as part of the 15th annual Comcast Cares Day.

Comcast employees are volunteering as part of a nationwide Comcast Cares Day, which takes place each April during National Volunteer Month.

Comcast Cares Day is Comcast NBCUniversal’s company-wide celebration of their year-round commitment to service and the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort in the country.

In 2015, Comcast Cares Day saw more than 100,000 volunteers nationwide with more than 3,000 volunteers in Washington state.
