Northwest University signs prep for men’s soccer team

Northwest University’s head men’s soccer coach, Gary McIntosh, announced Trent Siedenburg has signed a letter of intent to attend and play for the Eagles in fall, 2015.

Northwest University’s head men’s soccer coach, Gary McIntosh, announced Trent Siedenburg has signed a letter of intent to attend and play for the Eagles in fall, 2015.

Siedenburg, a  5-foot- 8, 140 pound midfielder from Seattle will graduate from Seattle Christian High School this spring and is a varsity letter winner in soccer, track and basketball. His 2014 4X200 relay team won the WIAA state track and field championships. In soccer, Siedenburg has earned four varsity letters and was named team captain. His Seattle Christian team finished second in the WIAA state tournament in 2013 and, in 2014, Trent was an honorable mention selection for the 1A all-state team and was a first team selection for the 2014 All-Nisqually League team. He played his select soccer for the Pacific Northwest Soccer Club.

Said NU coach McIntosh about Siedenburg, “Trent is a solid all-around player. He plays in the midfield and is quick and good on the ball. Trent is a hard working player and he will help us moving forward.”
