The Lake Washington lacrosse team picked up two wins last week, to even it's record to 4-4 this spring.

The Lake Washington lacrosse team picked up two wins last week, to even it’s record to 4-4 this spring.

On April 6, against Puyallup, the Kangs won 14-5. The teams were tied at three goals each during the first portion of the game, but Lake Washington had four goals in the second quarter for a 7-3 lead going into the second half.

Cody Bernstein had four goals for the Kangs, while Jake Bernstein added three goals with three assists. Goalie Jonah Friedl had 10 saves during the game.

On Friday, April 8 the Kangs beat Eastlake 9-6 in a conference match up.

Cody Bernstein had five goals during the game, while Jake Bernstein added three of his own. Hank Schmale had an assist, while Colin Story had eight ground balls during the team’s win.
