Aegis Lodge will present two free events this month for local residents.

The first is a support group focused on post-holiday blues for caregivers of seniors. The group will be led by Aegis Vice President of Nursing Kathy Stewart at 6 p.m. on Jan. 12 at Aegis Lodge in Kirkland, 12629 116th Ave. NE. To RSVP, call 425-814-2841.

The second event features Dr. Henry Williams, who will return to Aegis at Marymoor. Williams will discuss the different types of dementia and the variety of symptoms, causes and treatments. Parking is free and refreshments will be provided. Aegis at Marymoor is located at 4585 West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE in Redmond.
