The Spring Plant Sale, one of the most popular events that takes place at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech), is coming up from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 28-29 and May 5-6 in the greenhouses on the Kirkland campus.
The sale will feature a variety of plants grown from seed to sale by LWTech environmental horticulture students, including fuchsia baskets, annuals, vegetable starts, succulents, perennials, herb starts and hundreds of bedding plants.
Proceeds from the annual plant sale go to the environmental horticulture program and student scholarships.
Free parking is available next to the greenhouses on the southwest side of the campus, located at 11605 132nd Ave. NE. For more information, visit lwtech.edu/academics/environmental-horticulture/plant-sale.
