Disorderly Conduct/Sexual Assault: Officers responded to a report of a sex offense at Wilde Rover after a security employee on the scene witnessed the suspect trap a female victim against a wall as she was entering the bar and began groping her breasts, buttocks and vagina. The female quickly left the scene in a taxi and told security on the scene that she did not want to press charges and later did not answer calls from officers. After determining that the suspect was a stranger to the victim, he was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Wednesday, July 4
DUI: A suspect was arrested for DUI after being stopped for speeding and excessive lane travel around the 400 block of Central Way. The suspect refused field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer test. At the Kirkland police department, the suspect provided blood alcohol content samples of .059 IR/.060 EC and .060 IR/.062 EC.
Tuesday, July 3
DUI: A suspect was arrested for DUI on the 11500 block of 112th Place NE after she was observed driving Eastbound on NE 116th St. at about 50 mph and making lane travel violations.
VUCSA: A suspect was arrested for providing false proof of insurance and DWLS 3rd after he was stopped for driving without a rear license plate. 0.98 grams of meth were found in the suspect’s pocket during search incident to arrest.
Saturday, June 30
VUCSA: A suspect was arrested for shoplifting on the 11700 block of NE 118th St. He was booked and released. After going through the area where the suspect was searched in the jail, officers found illicit drugs on the ground. Upon reviewing a video of the search, officers saw the illicit drugs had fallen out of the suspects pants.
Theft: A suspect was charged with Theft 3rd after stealing flip flops and earrings from Fred Meyer.
