Google hosted its fourth annual musical holiday lights show on the Cross Kirkland Corridor on Dec. 7.
Community members came out to the Google Kirkland campus to enjoy the llamas, a photo booth, caroling, hot cocoa and pictures with Blitz from the Seattle Seahawks. Around 5:30 p.m., Kirkland Mayor Amy Walen, along with Blitz, flipped the switch to turn on the 25,000 LED lights. The lights show was programmed by Google Kirkland engineers who set it all to holiday music.
Representatives from Hopelink was present to accept non-perishable food and unwrapped gifts, as were representatives from LifeWire, who were accepting unwrapped gifts. The Kirkland Downtown Association accepted donations for community support.
