Emmy-nominated T.V. host Bobby Berk, who is a design expert known for transforming lives and living spaces on Netflix’s series Queer Eye, designed two model homes at the Woodlands Reserve.
Woodlands Reserve, located at 7804 Northeast 123rd Court, was built in partnership with Tri Pointe Homes, which is one of the largest homebuilders in the country. Homebuyers at Woodlands Reserve will have the opportunity to select from four different curated design schemes inspired by Berk’s model home concepts.
“With Mount Rainier, national parks and alpine lakes all within reach, Greater Seattle’s natural abundance makes it a hotspot for all things outdoors and recreation,” said Berk. “When designing Woodlands Reserve, Kirkland’s latest new home community, I drew inspiration from both the great outdoors and the mid-century modern aesthetic.”
Woodlands Reserve marks Berk’s first Tri Pointe Homes project in the Pacific Northwest, where 31 designed homes will be available for move-in as soon as October with prices starting at $1.6 million.
Four new kitchen designs will be offered at Woodlands Reserve:
Mid Century Modern, which is featured in Berk’s designed model home, offers tailored, high contrast neutrals with warm walnuts, saddle and black leathers, vibrant brass, graphic patterns and natural textures.
Serene Scandinavian, which is featured in Berk’s designed model home, offers an airy design scheme with crisp whites, cool grays and eucalyptus green paired with warm, light-toned oak and tan leathers.
Upscale Farmhouse, which consists of neutral whites, pearl marbling, polished oak details and stark black matte finishes.
Zen Modern, which consists of placid neutrals, layered natural textures, and subtle gold details that complement a muted black finish.
“Innovation is on our DNA, so it felt like a natural fit for Tri Pointe to be the first builder to make Bobby Berk’s inspired designs available to Seattle-area homebuyers,” said Ken Krivanec, President of Tri Pointe Homes Washington. “From a fantastic location in the high-density Juanita neighborhood, to stunning interiors and home layouts designed for how people live today, Woodlands Reserve is the whole package.”
