The Lake Washington High School boys basketball team lost to Mercer Island, 73-43, on Friday in Kirkland.

The Lake Washington High School boys basketball team lost to Mercer Island, 73-43, on Friday in Kirkland.

The Islanders took a 40-22 lead into halftime and never looked back.

Sahil Basra led the Kangs with 10 points.
