Parkplace Books will host a book launch party for “Dragonswood,” the newest title from Pacific Northwest young adult author, Janet Lee Carey.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at Parkplace Books, 348 Parkplace Center, Kirkland.
“Dragonswood” is a poignant fantasy adventure story of a strong-willed girl, Tessa who wants more from her life and finds herself on a dangerous journey after she and two friends are accused of witchery and are forced to flee a dangerous witch hunter.
Other titles include “Beast of Noor,” “Dragons of Noor,” “Stealing Death,” “Wenny has Wings,” “Double Life of Zoe Flynn” and “Dragon’s Keep,” the companion book to “Dragonswood.”
