Kiddie Academy, a leading provider of education-based child care programs, is opening its newest academy conveniently located in Kirkland’s Rose Hill neighborhood at 12620 N.E. 85th St. in Kirkland. The academy is slated to open in July.
“We’re looking forward to introducing ourselves to the local community and communicating the services and child care options Kiddie Academy has to offer,” said Raman Thind, owner of the new academy. “We believe high-quality child care is an important community asset for families and employers and are thrilled to be bringing that to Kirkland.”
In addition to serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., the new Kiddie Academy will offer nutritious meals and snacks, served family style; state-of-the-art technology, including SMART Board, secured access and web cams; several enrichment and language immersion programs.
Kiddie Academy, founded in 1981, began with the idea to combine learning with child care, and made a commitment to be a leader in the industry. Kiddie Academy has developed a comprehensive education-based child care program for its academies, which are structured to respond to the increasing demand for child care.
The Kirkland location will utilize a branded, proprietary curriculum created to promote learning through play. According to Raman, the programs emphasize continuous, open communication between teachers and parents concerning each child’s development.
