Lake Washington earns No. 3 seed to districts, faces Lakeside | Prep basketball

The Lake Washington boys beat Mount Si on Thursday afternoon to secure the No. 3 seed going into the SeaKing district tournament, which begins tomorrow. The Kangs beat Mount Si 62-56 and will take on Lakeside, the No. 6 team from Metro, at home Saturday.

The Lake Washington boys beat Mount Si on Thursday afternoon to secure the No. 3 seed going into the SeaKing district tournament, which begins tomorrow.

The Kangs beat Mount Si 62-56 and will take on Lakeside, the No. 6 team from Metro, at home Saturday.

While Mount Si had a lead through most of the game, but Lake Washington found it’s rhythm late in the match to earn the comeback win.

Matt Staudacher had 18 points, while Guy Lynott also had 18 during the win. Darien Nelson-Henry added 10 to the game, with Mike Hanson picking up eight. Robert Reyes had four, while both Cody Bernstein and Kramer Taylor each added two.
