The Juanita High School baseball team scored a run during the top of the seventh to defeat Interlake, 6-5, on Monday in Bellevue.
The two teams traded the lead until the fifth when Juanita tied the game at 3-3. Each team scored two more times during their respective half of the sixth inning.
The Rebels were led on offense by Tanner Peterson, who was 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored, Nick Leverett, who was 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored, and Jayson Schroeder, who was 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Casey Nelson picked up the win for Juanita despite giving up a run in the sixth.
The Rebels will host Lake Washington at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at Lee Johnson Field in downtown Kirkland.
