The David Douglas Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) recently named Claire Wilson, Lake Washington High School senior, the winner of the Chapter’s DAR Good Citizen Contest “Our American Heritage And our Responsibility To Preserve It”.

Her winning entry was sent on to the State WSSDAR Contest. Claire is the daughter of Lawrence Wilson and Julie McCloud , both of Kirkland.
