45th District Haistings says legislature should look to tax credits, charter schools

As my two children grow up and go through the public school system in Sammamish, I get more troubled by the day. In junior high, everything is done on computers, textbooks are now obsolete and internet programs grade homework.

As my two children grow up and go through the public school system in Sammamish, I get more troubled by the day. In junior high, everything is done on computers, textbooks are now obsolete and internet programs grade homework. The buses are overcrowded and the district is now considering future plans for double shifts at the high school.

I met Kevin Haistings one day while he was out door belling in my neighborhood. Not only was he friendly and willing to listen to my concerns, he also shared my frustrations with the school system. Kevin believes that the legislature needs to look into vouchers, tax credits, and charter schools, which I am inclined to agree with.

I know that Kevin will be a strong voice for us in Olympia, and I encourage you to join me in voting for Kevin Haistings, State Representative in the 45th District.
