Jewish rituals for children in Kirkland

Jewish families and members of the public interested in learning more about the Jewish faith are invited to take part in the “Training Wheels” program, a series of religious classes for children that will be held in nine two-hour sessions at the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club.

Jewish families and members of the public interested in learning more about the Jewish faith are invited to take part in the “Training Wheels” program, a series of religious classes for children that will be held in nine two-hour sessions at the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club.

Sessions will go from September of this year through May 2009.

The classes will be led by Carrie Hearshen, a teacher and professionally trained Hadassah facilitator. The classes are intended to teach parents and children about the customs and traditions of the Jewish faith.

The fee is $140.
