A fire on Market Street in downtown Kirkland damaged four apartment units early Friday morning and forced emergency personnel to close the main thoroughfare.

A fire destroyed a home and two vehicles Monday night on North Rose Hill in Kirkland. Kirkland Redmond and Bothell firefighters were able to gain control of the blaze but the home and vehicles were completely destroyed.
