Most coaches in the KingCo league agree there isn’t such a thing as an easy league game. Lake Washington has proven the point in the past week, beating Liberty in double overtime, before upsetting Bellevue days later.
Last season the Lake Washington boys made the start tournament for the first time in 13 years under first year head coach Barry Johnson. This season the team returned just two members of that squad, battling high expectations early.

The Seattle Badminton Club opened the doors to it’s newest facility on Dec. 3, welcoming any and all who enjoy the sport. The club has operated gym space in southern Bellevue for about five years, said one of the club founders Tony Lee.
