The company, honored as one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine five times and ranked six times as one of Washington’s Fastest Growing Private Companies by the Puget Sound Business Journal, has experienced continued growth and success since its founding in 1996.

Law and Yarbrough have led Allyis through both booming and extremely challenging economic times, always keeping employee and client satisfaction squarely at the top of the company’s priorities.

“One of our priorities that serves both our customers and employees well and contributes to our high retention rates is that we believe firmly in promoting from within whenever possible,” said Law. “With an improving economy and a growing number of new opportunities on the horizon, we feel that having a CEO who is already very familiar to most of our clients and employees and who, with more than 10 years experience at Allyis, intimately understands our service offerings and culture, puts us in a great position to take the business onward and upward from here.”

“I am extremely excited about the opportunity before us,” said Herman. “Over the past year, we have added several new key clients and significantly expanded our network of partners who can help us broaden the range of solutions we provide. Those strategic advances, combined with the quality and track record of our employees, have positioned the company for significant growth.”

Herman’s priorities as CEO will include developing and expanding Allyis’s service offerings, developing its partner channel, and continuing to strengthen the employee culture that has made Allyis a success.

Herman has been with the company more than 10 years and has held multiple positions at Allyis managing technology implementation projects, serving clients, and leading teams. Herman’s role as CEO includes defining the company’s business strategy, driving change within the company to achieve its objectives, and providing daily leadership to Allyis’s executive team and employees.

Prior to Allyis, Herman held positions in the technology industry and academia.  He is passionate about client experience and employee experience and works to ensure that Allyis is achieving excellence in those areas.

Herman holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, a Master’s Degree from Western Washington University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington.
