During the event, Dallas Stewart, the president and owner of CMIT Solutions of Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond was presented with the “Community Service Award.” He is the first recipient of this prestigious recognition, which is designed to acknowledge the special efforts of a franchisee to better his or her community.

Themed “CMIT Elevate,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchise partners, local market team members, and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high, think big, and rise to the occasion day in and day out. The four days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

The most emotional portion of the gathering was the awards dinner. CMIT Solutions’ leadership team handed top-performing CMIT Solutions franchise partners and their team members in attendance honors for their sales, customer retention, and superior operations during the past 12 months.

The CMIT Solutions home office completed comprehensive assessments prior to deciding which office would win the coveted “Community Service Award.” Stewart received the recognition because of his leadership in encouraging the whole CMIT Solutions of Bellevue team to get involved and give back to local organizations and events; for example, Stewart has sponsored various events that support underprivileged children.
