A new costume rental store, Costume Frenzy, opened July 15 in the Kirkland Music Academy.

The shop hosts kids costume birthday parties in-store with a wide array of costumes to choose from, ranging from pirates to cowboys and princesses.

The store also offers deals for theater costume rentals. While most of the items are for rent, a few are for sale.

Costume Frenzy is owned and managed by Taylor Bongiorno, a Kirkland native who has long been involved in local theater.

The store also offers some specialty pizzas for parties and standard costume rentals run between $5 and $10.

Costume Frenzy is open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
