Dakshin South Indian Bistro will open on Oct. 15 in Kirkland Square at the former Bubble Me location, 238 Park Lane in Kirkland.

The new restaurant will specialize in flavorful, original, homestyle southern Indian dishes, and serve a range of delicacies, including savory and crispy dosas (pancakes), steamed idlis (rice cakes), fresh and seasonal vegetarian curries in coconut sauce, well spiced and marinated meat/seafood options, fragrant rice side dishes, layered and crunchy parathas (flat breads), sweet and savory lassis and more.
