Evergreen Home Loans in Kirkland is offering a free class on purchasing a house from 7-8:30 p.m. on April 30 at the Windermere Real Estate office located 737 Market Street.

The class will be an informal session covering the current market trends and financing options, including Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s Home Advantage Program. The program allows qualified home buyers to finance a the house with little to zero down.
