Ford of Kirkland wins fifth President’s Award

Ford of Kirkland has won its fifth President’s Award for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in sales and service. To most dealerships, the President’s Award is something they strive for. At Ford of Kirkland, it’s a standard.

Ford of Kirkland has won its fifth President’s Award for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in sales and service. To most dealerships, the President’s Award is something they strive for. At Ford of Kirkland, it’s a standard.

Contributing to the 2010 President’s Award, Crazy Greg Hartshorne, Dan Lozott, Jon Sweigert, Raleigh Fouch, and Steve Cunnington were all Level 3 Employee Excellence winners.

Also noteable, Erik Clark and Marion Bailey achieved Level 3, but only one award can be given per position. In parts and service, Jim Cox and Dean Webster, as well as Mike Cervera, were all awarded Level 3 Employee Excellence.

Especially remarkable, Kevin Paddock, service advisor, is one of two to achieve Level 4 in Employee Excellence and, in doing so, is ranked No. 2 in all of Seattle’s Group 2. No. 1 in Seattle’s Group 2 went to Yuzo Kato, also achieving Level 4.
