Guild Mortgage Co. has hired Casey Oiness as sales manager of its Kirkland branch. Oiness is ranked in the top one percent of mortgage originators in the U.S. and will offer an unprecedented level of expertise to the community of Kirkland and surrounding areas, according to Charles Nay, Guild Northwest regional manager.

Oiness, a Washington native, has worked in the financial industry for more than 10 years. Before joining Guild, he was a loan officer at Caliber Home Loans, formerly Cobalt. Prior to that, Oiness was an associate client manager in the wealth management industry for five years. His expertise and experience have led him to become a top mortgage loan producer, having been a President’s Club member since 2012. He closed 160 loans, totaling more than $70 million in 2015.
