Lloyd and her spouse Jeremy Saucier have teamed up to offer mobile escrow services to buyers and sellers in the frenetic housing market. She emphasized that her personalized mobile escrow service is free and available seven days per week.

“Buyers and sellers will know they have a team of professionals on their side, not just a person who turns the page and points where to sign,” said Lloyd. “Jeremy and I will be interchangeable parts that can work independently or together for what best suits our client.”

Lloyd is affiliated with Keystone Escrow in Kirkland and serves as director for the Eastside Regional Escrow Association. She was raised in the Somerset area of Bellevue and graduated from Newport High School in 1998.

Her husband moved to Washington at the age of 15 and is a graduate of Kentwood High School. His experience in the real estate industry began as an agent in Kent and Renton.
