Lake Vue Gardens Convalescent Center operators Life Care Centers of America has purchased the facility at 10101 N.E. 120th St. from a group of investors. The sale price is reportedly for $13.81 million, or about $327 per square foot.
Life Care Centers, which said it will continue to operate the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, finalized the purchase of the 42,239-square-foot building on July 21.
The building was constructed in 1971 and has 190 beds and a beauty salon.
