Otak, Inc., an award-winning engineering, urban design, architecture and planning firm, announced recently that Francesca White and Matt Scarsella have joined Otak. They will be working out of the firm’s Kirkland, Washington office.
White has joined Otak as a water resources engineering designer. She brings experience developing site plans, drainage plans, construction drawings and permitting.
White earned her Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Hydrology and Water Resources, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. She is currently working on projects for Woodinville, Everett and Snohomish County.
Scarsella has joined Otak as a civil engineering designer. He has worked on a variety of roadway, utility and sidewalk projects for municipal clients. Scarsella earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is currently working on projects for the city of Seattle and Community Transit.
