Simplicity Décor is known for its “East meets West meets simple” approach to home décor and design. For owner A Suraphong  Liengboonlertchai, simplicity is the key to a happy life. And giving is a simple way to show others that you care.

“Finding a way to give back to others is one of my daily goals,” says Suraphong.  “I am always looking for ways to contribute. It makes my life meaningful.”

When Suraphong realized there are five weekends in July this year, he was inspired to create the 5-5-5 Campaign to celebrate the store’s fifth anniversary. Each weekend in July, Simplicity Décor will donate 5 percent of its sales to a charitable non-profit organization.

Simplicity Décor carries a variety of products for all occasions ranging from children’s gifts, home décor, jewelry, books, furniture and artwork.

Some of Simplicity Décor’s signature items are its Gurgle Pots—created colorful pitchers that produce a delightful “gurgle” as they are poured and invented by a local man. The store is also the first in the country to carry artwork by David Bromstad, host of HGTV’s Color Splash.
