I would like to share a concern I have about drivers not yielding to pedestrians.

When I walk the street, people just pass by ignoring me – even with a flag.

Just the other day as a pedestrian was crossing the street, someone almost ran her over. My dad reacted by beeping his horn so that the car would yield.
