My heart goes out to Mr. Lacey’s family. I was driving home on that beautiful sunny day and passed the horrible accident after the fact. I thought to myself, how can an accident so serious happen on such a beautiful day?

I agree on any penalties the Lacey family pursues.

Let’s face it, ALCOHOL KILLS. When I was in Sweden back in 1970 they enforced a two-week stay in jail if you are even caught with alcohol on your breath. Let’s get tough. We should not be drinking and driving. That is the law, alcohol kills!

People would think twice before getting in a car after drinking if they knew they were going to jail for two weeks!

No one is trying to stop you from drinking; the law should stop you from getting into your car when you have taken a drink.
