The City of Kirkland’s first Mermaid Ball will be held on Friday, March 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the North Kirkland Community Center.

This event is intended for girls between 3 and 10 years old who are accompanied by their fathers, grandfathers, uncles or other father figures.

Refreshments will be provided. Activities featured at the event include clam shell cookie making and crafting. A professional photographer will also be at the event.

Tickets are $33 (including sales tax). There is limited space available, so those interested are encouraged to register in advance by visiting www.kirklandparks.net and selecting course #4210, or calling 425-587-3336.
