EvergreenHealth has added a general surgeon and laparoscopic technique specialist, Dr. Analisa Armstrong, to the health system’s Surgical Care practice.
Armstrong has extensive clinical training and experience in minimally invasive and robot-assisted surgery, including anti-reflux, colorectal, and complex hernia surgeries.

After earning her medical degree from Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, Armstrong completed her surgical residency at the University of Washington. Following her residency, she completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Franciscan Surgical Associates in Tacoma.
When caring for patients, Armstrong practices a relationship-focused approach. She feels privileged to be able to walk with patients through some of the most difficult and joyous times of their lives.

In her spare time, Armstrong enjoys hiking, skiing and sailing with her husband and two sons. She also has a passion for sports, particularly soccer, volleyball and football.
