The Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce is hosting a wine walk this month in hopes of helping locals beat the heat.

Featuring over sixteen local wineries, the walk will kick off 6 p.m. this Friday at the Heathman Hotel located at 220 Kirkland Ave. For the wine aficionados who want to begin the evening earlier, special entry tickets for a 5 p.m. start are available.

All tickets are available on the Kirkland Downtown Association and Kirkland Chamber of Commerce’s eventbrite.com page.

Admission includes fourteen wine tasting tickets with additional tickets available for purchase. Tickets were sold out prior to the chamber’s June event, so the chamber expects the tickets to go quickly.

Additionally there are only 100 of the early bird tickets so the chamber recommends that those who are interested purchase them soon.
