Flycaster Brewing in Kirkland will host singer songwriter Brian James at 6 p.m. on Jan. 29.
Brian James, is from a small town in the Pacific Northwest, born and raised on all genre’s of music and attributes his inspirations as, Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, Phil Vassar, James Taylor and Jackson Browne.
In 2008, James was hired as a staff writer at Sure-Fire Music Publishing Nashville where he wrote songs for four years for various projects. In 2013, James started his own publishing company “Brick Hit House Music” where he continues to have success writing for TV and film projects.
James’ songs have been recorded by artist such as American Idol winner Taylor Hicks, Dixie Trahan and Donny Anderson.
James’ larger than life personality comes out on stage with his witty commentary and raw energy. His showmanship and modern sound draws many diverse audiences across the midwest, northwest, throughout the south and overseas European country markets.
The show is free to the public.
