A local chapter of the Porsche Club of America is hosting its yearly show in Kirkland this weekend. The Pacific NW Region of the Porsche Club of America’s 4th annual Porsche Show at Carillon Point will have hundreds of Porsche vehicles, yachts in the adjacent marina, food, music, and more.
The Kirkland Cultural Arts Commission invites residents to review and comment on the draft Cross Kirkland Corridor Art Integration Plan from 6-7:30 p.m. on Aug. 30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The commission will share what they have learned from previous outreach sessions and how it has shaped the plan and vision for art on the Cross Kirkland Corridor.
In honor of the National Park Service Centennial, the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is offering free entrance to state parks on Aug. 25 — the 100th anniversary of the federal agency.
