Parklane Gallery in Kirkland will host the 22nd annual International Miniature Art Show from April 29 to May 18.

The free show features artists from around the world exhibiting 300 of their tiny treasures. Based upon an ancient art form that can be traced back as far as the second century, today’s miniature art delights the viewer with details that sometimes can only be appreciated by using a magnifying glass. AN Artists and Awards Reception will also be held from 6-9 p.m. on May 9.

Gallery hours are 11-7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 8 p.m. on Fridays.
