Kirkland Parks and Community Services recently launched their new Facebook page.

The new page will give locals the opportunity to hear about recreational opportunities and connect with Parks and Community Services staff.

In honor of National Parks and Recreation Month, Parks and Community Services has launched a city-wide photo competition called “Play, Snap, Win!”

Participants must take a photo of themselves or someone else in a city park or recreational program and post it to the Facebook event page with hashtags #expereinceit! and #PlayOnJuly. The top three photos with the most likes will win prizes at the end of July.
