Copperworks Kenmore’s cocktail program has been causing a stir ever since they opened their doors in late 2023, praised for bringing high-quality craft drinks into a casual environment at an affordable price.
Their range of offerings highlights the characteristic lineup of Copperworks Distilling’s spirits, which are produced on Seattle’s downtown waterfront, while also showcasing how they interact with other local spirits to wonderful effect.
Take their Cask-Finished Manhattan for example, a unique cocktail resting in and served from a full 53-gallon barrel, which pairs a single cask American Single Malt Whiskey with Brovo Spirits’ Jammy Vermouth and a bouquet of Scrappy’s bitters.
Teas and fruits also take the stage in their punch-inspired range of “draft” cocktails, which are prepared in large, consistent batches, then kegged and poured from a tap system – making ordering an elevated cocktail as casual as a beer.
The flavor combinations are thoughtfully designed to tell a story on your palate without becoming overly fussy. These are a clear choice for a patio refreshment.
Just try a Plum Gin Draft – mixed with mango, chai tea, lemon and bitters – you’ll see what we mean. These special draft libations are also available as vibrant mocktails, prepared with the same attention, just with the booze held back.
Copperworks Kenmore continues to show that great spirits don’t have to come with any pretense with their craveable slushie cocktails. They’ve also embraced the spirit of fun with a range of pickleback options, in collaboration with and anticipation of welcoming De La Soil’s farm-to-table vision into their newly built kitchen, which is set to happen soon.
Copperworks Kenmore’s cocktail program offers something for everyone and is well worth making the drive to or hopping off the Burke-Gilman for. To stay up to date on their rotating calendar of events, be sure to follow them on Instagram at @copperworksdistilling_kenmore, or check out their website.
